Information collected

Payment and service providers

NYHUT.com uses service providers to operate the website and fulfill orders. Stripe processes payment-card transactions; NYHUT.com does not receive the complete card number entered into Stripe checkout. Supabase supports application data, authentication, and document storage. Resend supports transactional email delivery. Cloudflare supports website hosting, delivery, and security.

Information is shared with these providers only as reasonably necessary for their role. Their handling of information is also governed by their respective terms and privacy practices.

Government and processing disclosures

Information necessary to complete a requested permit or compliance service may be submitted to or used in communications with New York State systems, agencies, or authorized processing resources. Customers should not submit information they are not authorized to provide.

Cookies, sessions, and local storage

NYHUT.com may use browser storage, authentication sessions, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, preserve order progress, remember application state, protect the service, and understand technical performance. Browser controls can clear stored information, but doing so may interrupt an order or signed-in session.

Retention and security

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain order and business records, resolve disputes, protect the platform, and satisfy applicable legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements. NYHUT.com uses administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Customer choices and contact

Customers may request access to or correction of information associated with an order, subject to identity verification and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Privacy questions can be sent to info@nyhut.com or NYHUT.com, 403 Heidel Rd, Wartburg, TN 37887.
