Same-day temporary permit requests must be submitted by 1:30 PM Eastern Time. Weekend requests must be submitted by 1:30 PM Eastern Time on the preceding open business day, normally Friday. Holidays, vendor closures, or other non-processing days may move the deadline earlier. Meeting a cutoff does not guarantee issuance.
